I am a full-stack software developer mainly focused on building web apps. Always looking forward to solving new challenges. Intrigued by new technologies to help improve software development with effective communication and team collaboration through agile methodologies.
Prioritizing performance and efficiency while writing code so it can scale and be maintained accordingly. Constantly following the Don’t Repeat Yourself (DRY) principles and Test Driven Development (TDD) process.
Comfortable working with agile development processes like SCRUM. Driven towards the DevOps mindset to continuously write and deliver code that adds value to the project based on client’s and business model requirements.
Following the mobile first approach using CSS frameworks when implementing the design, offering fast and seamless user experience.
I am a forest entomologist based in Austin. I work as Regional Forest Health Coordinator for the Texas A&M Forest Service in Central and West Texas.
I am interested in science-based forest management in the context of climate change and invasive pests. My work focuses on:
  • monitoring, early detection, and management of forest pests.
  • national and regional initiatives to reduce the impact of native and invasive forest threats.
  • building capacity in forest health through extension and outreach activities.
